These terms govern your use of GateVia Pay's services. By applying for or using our services, you agree to these terms.
GateVia Pay facilitates payin, payout, and settlement of funds through Pakistani e-wallet networks (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) for merchants operating in sectors including Forex, gaming, ecommerce, cryptocurrency, and SaaS.
We reserve the right to review, approve, decline, or terminate any merchant application at our discretion, including on the basis of business type, expected volume, or compliance concerns.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring their business operations, marketing, and customer transactions comply with applicable laws. Merchants must provide accurate information during onboarding and promptly notify us of material changes to their business.
Applicable fees and settlement timelines will be confirmed directly with each merchant before onboarding. Settlement speed depends on the method chosen (e-wallet, bank deposit, or USDT) as described on our Services page.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time where we reasonably suspect fraud, non-compliance, or activity inconsistent with these terms or our AML Policy.
GateVia Pay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
